If you've setup recurring transfers in your Digs account, but they are not depositing, there could be a few things wrong.

  1. It's a banking holiday - sometimes banks do not allow or initiate transfers on certain holidays. You can see a list of all banking holidays here.

  2. You chose the wrong timeline - perhaps you wanted to setup a weekly transfer, but accidentally chose monthly. Check your banking page to make sure.

  3. You deleted and re-entered the transfer - if this is the case, our system may need an extra day to start your transfer. Please be patient.

  4. Something went wrong - if you think there was an error with your transfer, please contact us by sending us a message via the chat module in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, or email [email protected].
